Daniel Cooper

Daniel brings an extensive understanding of what it takes to achieve true peak performance. His experience and knowledge have been earned over 22 years of Military experience with 18 years in Special Operations, conducting hundreds of special operations missions and overcoming tremendous adversity. His experience is backed up by his academic knowledge with a bachelors in science, dual Masters degrees and a current PhD research excellence scholarship project. As a researcher, he is developing best practice methods to prepare individuals for peak performance within high threat, complex environments. He also practices and applies his research personally on understanding of how to train to regulate our threat response and fear and anxiety to optimise adaptation through completing some of the worlds toughest extreme races. From dessert ultra marathons to 750km across the frozen subarctic wilderness, sleeping beside the trail to Crossfit masters top 80 Fittest in the world.
